In addition to being experienced in pre-sales engineering, the ideal Solutions Architect is passionate and dynamic. Taking the bull by the horns, the Solutions Architect takes full ownership of their career and success, showing both initiative and leadership. They are successful at building trust-based relationships with clients and gaining a true understanding of their business needs with the end goal of making their life better. Solutions Architect’s who excel at ACS are also proficient communicators – not just with clients, but with their colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Network infrastructure, cybersecurity, storage & virtualization pre-sales engineering and design (BOMs and Scopes of Work)
• Assist Client Executives with Solution Design and Value Proposition
• Interact with OEM/distribution to enhance Pre-sales function
• Accuracy and clarity of Pre-sales solutions design
• Client Satisfaction for Pre-Sales solution and design
• Maintain Network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and storage & virtualization BOM and Scopes of Work library

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 3+ years of technical experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent experience required

Preferred

• 2+ years of Pre-sales experience
• Confident phone presence and professional presentation abilities
• Cisco and Meraki certifications highly desired

Salary: $90,000-$125,000

Location: Preferred hybrid, based out of our Des Moines, IA office.
